Dear Mom & Dad, 

We know that there is no one who can fill your shoes, but we at Pinch Sitters try to provide the absolute best substitute. We pride ourselves on hand selecting our staff and matching them to your individual needs.

In our ongoing effort to make it a little easier for you to leave your most precious possessions in our hands, we have developed these forms.

Pinch Sitters encourages you to fill out both forms.  Please leave them in a prominent place, perhaps on the refrigerator or by a convenient phone in your home. We would also like to have a copy on file here at our office so that our sitters have ready access to the information, if needed.

Your kids are terrific and we look forward to continuing our caring relationship.
